Sodium hydrogen phosphate

ADJUNCT B phosphate boiler water treatment is a pure neutral grade of disodium phosphate. It is used in conjunction with GC concentrated alkaline liquid to prevent calcium scale deposits in high and low pressure boilers. Calcium hardness is converted to soft, non-adherent sludge that can be easily removed by blowdown.

Concentrated alkaline liquid

GC concentrated alkaline liquid is a concentrated alkaline liquid used in conjunction with ADJUNCTR B phosphate boiler water treatment to prevent the formation of calcium and magnesium scale deposits in high and low pressure boilers.
Hardness constituents are converted to soft, non-adherent sludge that is easily removed by blowdown.

AMERZINE
Corrosion inhibitor

AMERZINE corrosion inhibitor is a solution of catalyzed hydrazine. It is used to control ferrous and non-ferrous corrosion in boilers and steam, condensate and feedwater lines.

AMERZINE corrosion inhibitor reacts with dissolved oxygen, producing no dissolved solids in the boiler water. It forms a protective oxide film on both iron and copper surfaces.

LIQUID COAGULANT
Boiler sludge conditioner

LIQUID COAGULANT boiler sludge conditioner is a colorless, high molecular weight solution used in both medium and low pressure boilers to prevent sludge deposits. It is especially useful when feedwater becomes contaminated by oil. Dosing LIQUID COAGULANT conditioner to the boiler coagulates the oil droplets, causing these suspended solids to settle to the low points of the boiler where they are removed by blowdown.

SLCC-A
Condensate corrosion inhibitor

SLCC-A condensate corrosion inhibitor is a liquid alkaline amine.
It is used to control corrosion in condensate return lines and on steam condensing surfaces by traveling and condensing with the steam. SLCC-A inhibitor neutralizes the corrosive effects of carbonic acid formed by carbon dioxide and maintains non-corrosive pH conditions from the point of condensation onward throughout the system.

Industrial applications:Boiler water treatment. Corrosion control agent for treatment of steam lines.       

 

AGK-100
Boiler and feedwater treatment

AGK 100 boiler and feedwater treatment provides an effective and easily applied program for protection of all motor vessel auxiliary and exhaust gas economizer boilers. Water or smoke tube, natural or forced circulation boiler systems are suitable for the application of AGK 100 treatment. 

With uniform high quality water AGK 100 treatment will condition feed water hardness to form a loose, non-adherent sludge, thereby preventing scale formation on boiler surfaces. The corrosion inhibitors in AGK 100 treatment will maintain the internal boiler surfaces in a clean, uncorroded condition while also providing corrosion protection to the steam and condensate system. This latter property serves to reduce the deposition of metal oxides (corrosion products) on boiler surfaces. Such deposits are a major cause of tube failures in both exhaust gas and auxiliary boilers.
The major advantage of AGK 100 treatment is that it provides complete protection, requiring a minimum of operator attention to exhaust gas economizers and auxiliary boiler systems.

Boiler water treatment 

DREWPLEX AT boiler water treatment is a phosphate-based treatment combined with synthetic polymers providing the ultimate in simplicity, system flexibility and treatment control for all motor vessel auxiliary and exhaust gas economizer boilers. DREWPLEX AT boiler water treatment provides a cleaner boiler by allowing greater tolerance of feedwater quality fluctuations.
The polymers in DREWPLEX AT boiler water treatment serve as deposit control agents by adsorbing onto the surface of boiler water precipitates, keeping the particles soft, nonadherent and easily transported through blowdown. Iron dispersancy is also achieved with DREWPLEX AT boiler water treatment by sequestering deposits caused by iron.

Corrosion inhibitor

DREWPLEX OX corrosion inhibitor is a safe-to-use, unique, and fast-acting catalyzed oxygen scavenger for use in low, medium and high pressure steam generating systems. Because DREWPLEX OX corrosion inhibitor is volatile, excess in the feedwater will be carried through the boiler with the steam and into the condensate system, thereby protecting the entire boiler system from oxygen corrosion. The catalyst in DREWPLEX OX corrosion inhibitor accelerates the rate of oxygen removal in the feedwater, thereby improving corrosion protection in the preboiler section.
In addition, DREWPLEX OX corrosion inhibitor is a powerful reducing agent which establishes and maintains a passive oxide layer on metal surfaces creating an effective barrier to corrosion. The catalyst in the product also contributes to metal passivation.
